The curriculum is designed to be spaced out weekly to give you time to learn, reflect, and apply the teachings before you meet with Shannon again.
The workshops happen weekly and you may join them as soon as you are granted access. Your first coaching session is typically scheduled 1-2 weeks after you gain access depending on what will work best for your schedule. They are then scheduled every other week from that initial day.
